what's the idea behind your plates?
No big idea really, I just thought this sounded like a cool place to see my art and to give thanks to the object that has contributed to so many lovely meals.

I don't think I have a favorite recipe. As a matter a fact, I'm not sure I own a recipe or recipe book.
