what's the idea behind your piece?
Glimpses and snippets of times past.

what's your favorite thrift/antique/vintage store find?
I recently bought a thing. I call it a thing because I don't know what it's called or what it's used for. I think it's a shoe maker's tool. It looks like a wooden shoe or foot and it has my size printed on it.


what contemporary artists are you inspired by?
Uhhhmm, I can't name any one in particular, I just keep my eyes open and make sure I see as much as I can.

last piece of art acquired?
It's been a while... I think the last piece I remember getting was a piece by Joseph Hart.

tell the audience what movie, book, album, website, tv show, and magazine you love that most people haven't seen/read/heard?
man, that's a hard question. I have no idea what people are paying attention to these days. I've been listening to Arthur Russell a lot in the past six months, but he's not exactly unheard of.

Schooled, but I leaned a lot on my own through experimentation.

Paris
